The EU should introduce a new procedure. When a member state is in a situation like Greece nowadays, the EU will provide extra funds to save them, whilst the national administration will change from national to European government like in failing firms. Politically, this might save both the "reputation" of national parties and national economy. However, this means that the EU will become a federation, as I'd like to be.
